We offer special rates for monthly stays and have a wide variety of apartments located in different areas of Medellín, Antioquia, to meet your needs.
Our main office is located in Laureles, and we have a dedicated team that manages all aspects to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The kitchen of the loft is equipped with natural gas, a microwave, refrigerator, pots, glasses, cups, and a complete set of dishes, along with kitchen utensils. To help you start your day with energy, you’ll find a coffee maker with coffee and sugar. Relax while watching your favorite shows on a 32-inch TV with Netflix and over-the-air channels, and make use of the dining table, which also serves as a workspace.
Independent Access for a Comfortable Stay
Access to the accommodation is fully autonomous, using entry codes provided by the virtual reception once your reservation is confirmed, and the required form is completed. Guests enjoy exclusive access to all areas of the reserved apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. A pocos minutos caminando encontrarás cafés, restaurantes, supermercados y todo lo esencial. Cerca de Centro Comercial Los Molinos y con fácil acceso a la Avenida 33. La zona de la 70 está a 25–30 minutos a pie o a pocos minutos en transporte.
Paradas de bus a 2–5 minutos caminando con conexión al Metro de Medellín, facilitando el acceso al centro, El Poblado y otros puntos clave.
