We offer special rates for monthly stays and have a wide variety of apartments located in various areas of Medellín, Antioquia, to suit your needs.
The space features a comfortable double bed (1.40 cm) and a nightstand. The bathroom is fully private and equipped with hot water, towels, toilet paper, and body soap for your convenience.
The kitchen, with natural gas, is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, pots, glasses, cups, and all necessary cooking utensils, along with a complete set of dishes. It also includes a coffee maker with coffee and sugar to start your day with energy.
The apartment comes with a 32-inch TV with a Netflix subscription and access to over-the-air channels, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, it features a closet with clothes hangers and a dining area that doubles as a workspace, ideal for enjoying meals or working comfortably.
We have our main office in Laureles and a dedicated team that manages all aspects to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Our guests enjoy full access to the reserved apartment, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a private bedroom.

This charming two-story traditional building is divided into apartments and lofts, offering a virtual reception service every day to meet all guests' needs during their stay. Each apartment is fully private and equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The property features a 24-hour bakery at the entrance and a beautiful garden surrounding the entire building. Motorbike parking is also allowed. Additionally, the security system includes a digital lock at the entrance, and the wide, bright hallways create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
Guests will also have access to a shared laundry area, equipped with a washer-dryer tower available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, where they can wash their clothes using their preferred cleaning products, free of charge.
To ensure excellent connectivity, we offer Movistar fiber-optic internet service with a speed of 900 Mbps.
