Independent Access for a Comfortable Stay
Access to the accommodation is fully autonomous, using entry codes provided by the virtual reception once your reservation is confirmed, and the required form is completed. Guests enjoy exclusive access to all areas of the reserved apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Everything is prepared to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay experience.

This charming two-story traditional building features virtual reception service and is conveniently located near a laundromat. Street parking is available at no cost and poses no issues, though we do not take responsibility for vehicles. Additionally, there are public parking options nearby, and we are just three blocks from the vibrant Zona Rosa of Laureles on Avenida 70.
Each of our apartments is completely private and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We offer a shared laundry area, featuring a washer and dryer available for use during designated hours at no extra charge. If you require an iron or a blender, feel free to request them at reception. We also provide high-speed internet service with Movistar fiber optics, delivering speeds of 900 megas to keep you connected.
