We offer special rates for monthly stays and provide a wide range of apartments located in various areas of Medellín, Antioquia, to suit your needs. Our main office is based in Laureles, and we have a dedicated team responsible for managing every detail to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Independent Access for a Comfortable Stay
Access to the accommodation is fully autonomous, using entry codes provided by the virtual reception once your reservation is confirmed, and the required form is completed. Guests enjoy exclusive access to all areas of the reserved apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Everything is prepared to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay experience.
During your stay, we maintain constant communication with our guests through contact channels. We are available to answer any questions and address any necessary requests, aiming to provide the best service and make your stay an exceptional experience.
Welcome to our traditional four-level building, offering virtual reception service for your convenience. At the entrance, you'll find a laundry facility, and there is free street parking available; however, we are not responsible for any parking-related issues. Additionally, there are several public parking lots nearby.
Each of our apartments is private and fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a shared laundry area, equipped with a washer-dryer tower, available for use during designated hours at no extra cost. If you need an iron or blender, feel free to request them at the reception.
To keep you connected, we provide Movistar fiber-optic internet service with speeds up to 900 Mbps.
